Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ezra Homely, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below to understand your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand that issues can arise during delivery, and we are here to help.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the item you receive is damaged or defective, we will offer a return.
  • Incorrect Products: If the wrong product is delivered, we will arrange for a return and a replacement.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Refunds

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, we do not offer refunds for general returns or change of mind. Refunds are only available for cases where:

  • You receive damaged or defective products.
  • You receive an incorrect product.

In these cases, we will issue a full refund, but the refund will be processed by cash, bank transfer, or other suitable means depending on your location. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date the return is approved.

3. Process for Return/Refund Requests

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Description of the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
    • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
  2. Return Instructions: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and an address for shipping the item back.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the issue.
  4. Refund Processing: If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or opened, except for damaged or incorrect items
  • Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events
  • Custom or personalized items

5. Shipping Costs

If your return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. However, if you wish to return a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
